IMPORTANT NOTES
The area around the hotels can be confusing. The hotel is around the intesection of I-35 and US 290. If you keep going straight on 290 West, it turns into FM 2222 which is also called Koenig Lane.

DO NOT trust these directions to be 100% accurate. Study the map before you leave, and bring a map with you upon arriving in Austin.

Directions
Going straight to Riverbend Centre
From Dallas on I-35
  1. Follow I-35 South.
  2. Take Exit 250 - turn right at FM 1325 South in Round Rock, TX.
  3. FM 1325 South will turn into Loop 1 South (Mopac).
  4. Exit and turn right and go south at Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway)
  5. Shortly after crossing the river, turn right at the Cedar St. light
  6. Riverbend Centre will be on the right.

From College Station or Houston on US 290
  1. From US 290, when entering Austin, follow signs for FM 2222.
  2. Pass I-35 and continue following FM 2222.
  3. Immediately after passing Loop 1, stay on the right lane and keep following FM 2222.
  4. Turn left at Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) and go South.
  5. Shortly after crossing the river, turn right at the Cedar St. light
  6. Riverbend Centre will be on the right.
From Houston on TX 71
  1. From TX 71 West, enter Austin, and pass I-35. Continue on TX 71.
  2. Take the exit for Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) and go North.
  3. Continue for a while until you reach the Cedar St. light. If you cross the river, you've gone too far.
  4. Turn left at the Cedar St. light.
  5. Riverbend Centre will be on the right.

From San Antonio on I-35
  1. From I-35 North, after entering Austin, exit at US-71 and go West.
  2. Take the exit for Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) and go North.
  3. Continue for a while until you reach the Cedar St. light. If you cross the river, you've gone too far.
  4. Turn left at the Cedar St. light.
  5. Riverbend Centre will be on the right.


Going straight to the Hotels
From Dallas on I-35
  1. Follow I-35 South.
  2. For Super 8 and Mariott, Take Exit 238A toward 51st St. and stay on access road. Hotel will be on the right. For Red Lion, take the FM-2222 W exit- Exit 238A. Make a U-turn and the Hotel will be on your right.

From College Station or Houston on US 290
  1. Follow 290 West.
  2. Exit I-35 North onto the access road. The Red Lion will immediately be on the right. If you proceed and turn left on the I-35 South access road, the Super 8 and Marriott will be on the right.

From Houston on TX 71
  1. Follow TX 71 North.
  2. If you want to avoid the possibility of sitting through traffic on I-35, take US 183 North shortly after passing the airport.
  3. When you hit US 290, take a left heading West.
  4. Just stay on the access road and the Red Lion will be on the right. Take a left on the I-35 South Access Road and you will see the Super 8 and the Mariott on the right.

From San Antonio on I-35
  1. Follow I-35 North.
  2. Exit 238 A - FM 2222.
  3. The Red Lion will eventually be on your right after the light OR get into the left lane, take the U-turn, and the Super 8 and Mariott will be on your right.


From Hotels to Riverbend Centre
  1. All three hotels are near the intersection of I-35 and US 290/FM 2222. From the Mariott and Super 8, you will need to go south on the access road, make the turnaround, then go back north so that you can turn left on FM 2222 West. From the Red Lion, you are already along US 290/FM 2222. Proceed West.
  2. Immediately after passing Loop 1, stay on the right lane and keep following FM 2222.
  3. Turn left at Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) and go South.
  4. Shortly after crossing the river, turn right at the Cedar St. light
  5. Riverbend Centre will be on the right.

From Hotels to IM Fields
  1. Go south on the I-35 access road.
  2. Turn right at 51st St.
  3. Continue until you reach Guadalupe. The IM fields will be visible on your left.

From IM Fields to UT Campus
  1. Go south on Guadalupe.
  2. Turn left on either Dean Keaton Ave. or 21st St.
  3. Turn right on San Jacinto.
  4. Park in any designated spots along San Jacinto or behind the REC Center in the "C" parking lot.
