This year, in an effort to efficiently inform Goodphil participants of schedule changes or delays, UT-FSA will be offering live up-to-date text message alerts. It is a voluntary service that will notifyusers of any schedule changes via cell phone text messages.

The registrant must accept the following terms and conditions in order to successfully
register for Goodphil 2006.

GoodPhil Fees (non-refundable):

Includes: Sports and/or Dance; T-Shirt; Other Giveaways; and After Party Entrance

On-Time Registration (Before Feb. 2) = $35

Late Registration (On or After Feb. 3) = $45

Fees for Late Registration must be paid on-site at University of Texas at Austin. Payments will only be accepted at designated registration tables. DO NOT PAY YOUR FSA

Any registrant who pays on-site will be charged the $45.00 late registration fee, regardless of when the registrant registered. CASH WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE at University of Texas at Austin.

Sports Rules/Regulations:

All games will start at specified time. The clock will run even if your team is not ready.

Liability Statement

The registrant has a sufficient understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional requirements of the GoodPhil games and enters upon the following agreement voluntarily and as such agrees to the following conditions and clauses:

I. The Filipino Students Association of the University of Texas at Austin, University of Texas at Austin and its affiliates, associates, and otherwise contracted personnel (UT), and the Philippine Students of Texas (PST) are recognized as separate and distinct bodies not liable for the actions, practices, and traditions of any other party. II. The registrant releases UT-FSA, UT-Austin and PST from any liabilities concerning any health or personal issues which may occur during the GoodPhil games or which may be caused because of participation in the GoodPhil games including but not limited to: personal injuries or afflictions due to existing or unforeseen health conditions, loss, damage, or theft of property, or conflicts of scheduling. III. The registrant accepts all liabilities regarding any of the clauses listed above during the course of the GoodPhil games, while on UT-Austin grounds, and while attending any event holding a representative of, hosted by, or in any association with UT-FSA,UT-Austin or PST as well as any establishment contracted by a representative of PhilSA, TAMU, or PST. IV. Unless otherwise stated by the registrant and received in writing by one of the GoodPhil Directors, the registrant agrees to receive any emergency health care procedures pertinent to the given situation should its need be imminent and justly called for as viewed by a certified caregiver. It is therefore the responsibility of the registrant to notify one of the GoodPhil Directors of any pre-existing condition that may alter the effectiveness of any such procedure. V. The registrant is obliged to conduct themselves appropriately according to all laws and legal statutes. The registrant furthermore accepts all responsibility for any consequence occurring because of any breach of conduct on the part of the registrant. VI. Finally, the decisions made by UT-FSA, UT-Austin, and PST are final and absolute. The registrant therefore agrees to respect and abide by all decisions on any matter concerning, presented at, or involving any aspect of the GoodPhil games, UT-FSA, UT-Austin, or PST.
